Majek Fashek is dead

News making the rounds has it that legendary Nigerian reggae star Majekodunmi Fasheke also known by his stage name Majek Fashek is dead. 

It was widely reported that he passed away in the United States of America on the 1st of June, 2020. 

Some of his hit tracks in the 80's and 90's included: "So long, too long", "Send down the rain", among others.
